Elegant, bottle-fermented cider crafted by the Otaño-Goikoetxea family at the historic Petritegi farmhouse.
Made using the traditional method, a carefully selected natural cider aged on the lees for a minimum of 9 months, then undergoes a second fermentation in bottle.
The bottles are hand-riddled over 4 weeks, followed by manual disgorgement and final corking—without any added expedition liqueur.
The result is a brut nature cider of exceptional purity: dry, crisp, and finely effervescent, with delicate notes of apple, toast, and minerality.
