Aceite Artajo is a family business committed to the production of top quality extra virgin olive oil. They exclusively use olives harvested from their own estate not using any chemical fertilisers and pesticides. The olives are crushed in their own mill, taking care of the whole process from the olive tree to the bottling.
Artajo‘s 200,000 olive trees of 12 different varieties are located in a privileged enviorement forolives cultivation, the ‘Ribera del Ebro’ area in Navarre.
The key to a good olive management is to mill the olives as soon as they are picked from the trees. This is why the location of the mill, in the centre of the plantation, is so important, ensuring minimum transport times.
