Palate: drinks very well, encouraging us to take sip two, three and beyond. The sweetness is prominent yet it could almost charade as a dry white considering the lasting and pleasing flavours.
Rafa Gorrotxategi crafts these delicious cakes with a careful selection of ingredients, almond cream, sugar and mol yolk.

This wine is created from a must squeezed from grapes in their vineyard located in Rioja Alavesa.
They introduce it into new American oak barrels and they stir the lees daily until all the sugar has been transformed into alcohol in a time of 2 months.

SERVING TEMPERATURE: between 11 ०- 12 ०.
