This wine is created from a must squeezed from grapes in their vineyard located in Rioja Alavesa.
They introduce it into new American oak barrels and they stir the lees daily until all the sugar has been transformed into alcohol in a time of 2 months.
PAIRING: Perfect accompaniment with seafood and risottos.

Visual phase: Straw-yellow in color, bright, with a tonality that nothing seems to remind us of its passage through the barrel.
Olfactory phase: It stands out for its fresh and acidic fruit, on a quince background. All accompanied by a subtle perfume of white flowers and memories of hay.
Taste phase: In the mouth it is broad and fleshy, the fruit returns white with some citrus notes such as lime and tropical fruit like pineapple.
