Rafa Gorrotxategi is the third generation of the Gorrotxategi Family. Since his childhood he has lived among ovens and pastry sleeves.

At the age of 24, he works side by side in the workshop with his father José Mari Gorrotxategi, carrying out various confectionery and chocolate courses in Germany, France and at the national level.

This new bet of Rafa Gorrotxategi is a leap forward in quality and innovation. It will surprise us with new products and innovative combinations that aim to bring artisan pastry to high gastronomy levels.
