Some advices

The recipe for black rice with baby squid is one of the simplest to use this delicious sauce. The first step is to clean the squids and chop them into thin pieces. They are fried in a casserole where rice and water will be poured. Also the ink of sepia and salt is poured.

Cook for about 20 minutes and then let it rest, covering it with a clean cloth. You can accompany the whole with red peppers sautéed in frying pan.
