Red vermouth made with more than 7 botanicals: wormwood, gentian, cinnamon, clove, cardamom, orange peel, lemon peel, and more.

Inspired by their great-great-grandfather's recipe from 1881, after a long journey of study, research, tastings, and trials, and adapting to modern times, they have achieved what they were looking for: a complex and balanced vermouth.

When tasting this Barañano vermouth, we aim for you to perceive a very balanced complexity and breadth of aromas, which will force you to delve deeper to detect the aromas and flavours of the macerated botanicals, such as the bitterness of wormwood and gentian, the freshness of citrus, or the nuances of cinnamon or clove.
