All kinds of Seafood and Grilled Fish. Tuna (Bonito del Norte), Anchovies, Roasted Lamb, Sushi or Tiramisú.
TO CONSUME AND SERVE:
It should be consumed young and served fresh between 6º and 8º in glass.
TASTING NOTES:
Visually: Pale white with a touch of green, his bright tone show a fine and elegant bubble.
Smelling: Fine and sophisticated fragance, reminiscent of green apples and grapes, with a minty note.
