Extra Virgin Olive Oil 5 litre

Rating

This flavoursome oil is made from olives harvested between October and November and pressed within 12 hours to preserve the rich characteristics of the olives. The oil is pressed cold from the Arbequina variety of olive, resulting in very low fat yields but a great intensity of flavour and aroma.

Light green in colour and full-bodied in taste; nutty-sweet, yet slightly spicy, it is surprisingly lively and reminiscent of fresh green fruits.

Notes of tomato, herb, artichokes, apples and wild fruits are detected and appreciated.

This is the queen of the anchovies. Yurrita selects the best anchovies to create this delicacy. The anchovies are cleaned by hand leaving the skin and the tail. A dream for those who love anchovies. To get the best of the anchovies keep them in room temperature 15 minutes before eating. SUGGESTIONS: Enjoy them with a glass of txakoli.
