Montenavar Patxaran is made from a recipe that has been in their family for generations. Montenavar use two varieties of sloes to make their liqueur and cultivate the berries using only organic methods. The result is a liqueur that is distinctive in flavour, colour and aroma.
Montenavar take great care over the production of their Patxaran. All the fruit is handpicked and taken to be macerated on the same day in small, light containers to preserve the sloes as best as possible and to prevent them from bruising and damage.
