Our cured salchichon is made from Basque Country pigs that are fed on a diet of acorns and grass and allowed to roam outdoors in the mountains.
An extraordinary sausage known for its exquisite taste, succulence and smooth texture, our salchichon is made from the perfect blend of lean meat and juicy bacon. It is gently seasoned and spiced.
Use as an ingredient on your charcuterie board, in ‘pinxtos’ (tapas) or sandwiches or enjoy on its own with fresh bread and a glass of one of our red wines.
Serve at room temperature, sliced thinly.
