Mahala Cow's Cheese 550g
This magnificent cow’s cheese is smooth, mild in flavour and incredibly creamy.
Of average maturity, this 100% natural product is made in the village of Leaburu, in the county of Tolosa, Gipuzkoa.
The paste is ivory, without eyes and very thin crust. Elastic texture, soft, with some moisture and creamy touch. Soft and tender character, with memories of milk, without much pretension, a cheese easy for all tastes, and all ages.
- It combines very well with sweet apple jelly, in the sandwich in the morning or in the snack.

Produced from cows that graze on the 50 hectares that comprise the village, the producers work hard to ensure only a natural cheese is created, without preservatives.
- Pasteurised cow's milk, salt, calcium chloride, rennet, lactic ferment.

- It must be kept refrigerated below 8°C and covered to avoid drying it out.
