Selecting and growing the juiciest and healthiest fruit is critical for a good quality cider and this natural cider is made exclusively from healthy apples that are picked at the optimal point of ripeness.
Eula harvest a variety of apples in order to get the best balance of acid-bitter varieties. Only the best apples are picked, cleaned and put through the press. The extracted juice is stored in wooden and stainless steel barrels. Each barrel is controlled individually.
